How important is it for clients to see products firsthand? This is vital. Clients find it so helpful to be able to touch different textures, and see actual dimensions, colours and finishes. After all, a bathroom is such a sensory-rich room, but also a highly functional space, so seeing how all these elements can be brought together to form a cohesive whole is certainly helpful during the design and product selection phase.
What’s your top tip for homeowners embarking on a bathroom renovation? My mantra is: ‘Do it once; do it right.’ Whether or not you think you can afford it, enlisting the technical expertise of an experienced designer eliminates stress and can often prevent costly mistakes.
